The role
You will be responsible for supporting overseas care workers to build their new lives here in the UK, and for supporting our care provider clients to find and keep the best staff.
What you will be doing
- Sourcing accommodation for care workers hired into new roles
- Supporting care workers with relocation and compliance enquiries
- Supporting care providers to identify their hiring needs
- Addressing any challenges in the sponsorship process
- Providing ongoing support to care providers regarding their new staff
