You will be responsible for finding, converting and onboarding new care providers to Lifted Talent. We are looking for a self starter who is happy to generate business from outbound prospecting and happy to convert inbound leads.
You will be our first dedicated sales person. Until now all sales have been driven by the CEO so you will have the opportunity to shape our process and build your team.
We are looking for someone experienced who is ready for a new challenge and passionate about social care. Ideally you will have run a team before and are looking for a chance to build a new oe.
You will be curious about clients problems and deeply passionate about the care sector. We don’t do hard selling, client come to us because they trust our knowledge and our values.
You will promote our mission, communicate our unique value, and be an ambassador for our relentless commitment to quality.
